Deborah Cunningham Keller

1989 – 2000  Vice President – Operations 

(Property Management)

Brown & McMullen Investments – Overall responsibility for day-to-day management of four office buildings, three commercial properties, and numerous residential rental properties. Duties included supervision of accounting, leasing, construction and maintenance, company personnel and interfacing with lessees. Licensed as realtor in 1998. 



2000-2006  Real Estate Agent

Upon dissolution of Brown & McMullen, joined Henry S. Miller (later became Coldwell Banker) as real estate agent. Represented clients in both residential and commercial purchases and sales. Later transferred to Remax MLS Real Estate Agency. During time as agent, received ABR, GRI  and CRS designations.  Member of Board of GLAR (Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors), and Board of Dallas. Licensed Realtor until 2015.   


2006-2015  Vice President – Sales

Stellar Custom Homes/Edinburgh Homes – Overall responsibility for Sales for Stellar Custom Homes ($500,000 – $1,500,000+) and its subsidiary Edinburgh Homes ($250,000 - $500,000). Additional responsibilities involved management of Design Center, Interior Design of homes, and management of personnel and company subdivisions.


2015 – Relocated to Costa Rica

2004 - 2008 Staffing Assistant

Manpower- Responsibilities and accountabilities were to assist recruiters to establish strategies to develop and maintain an in-house database of applicants, mainly through direction of Recruitment Manager. Understand and have knowledge of DOT Regulations and applicable Local, State and Federal laws governing hiring and employment.

2011 - 2013 Bilingual Travel Agent

Connexions - Use advance skills with Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan to book air, car and hotel, and for ticketing for clients via phone.

2014 - 2016 Bilingual Sales Agent

Alaska Airlines - Adhere to Alaska Air Group standards in delivering customer service including telephone/email etiquette, and  a variety of guest service functions via phone by answering incoming calls that feature and benefit Alaska Airlines travelers. 

2017 – Relocated to Costa Rica
